Daniel started his career with Walmart, acting as a production supervisor for a key distribution center in Texas. Here he led teams of people who were handling complex supply chain processes – and helped to radically improve the effectiveness of the people under his charge. He then moved to an accounting role where he could put his hard-fought business skills to work before returning to production supervision with Guardian Industries. It was here that his career really accelerated and he started to show just how his unique set of skills could transform and optimize processes across supply chain management and lean manufacturing in particular.
He then spent time as a senior accountant at RBE Investments and as the Financial Controller at JHS Packaging. In both these roles, he demonstrated his abilities as a generalist and performed a wide range of different functions, all of which served to push those businesses forward and drive key results where it counted. It was only in the last year or so that he took the big leap to start Live Wingman.
