Donny started his career at Baker Computer Service where he worked his way up to an Executive Director level. It was here where he learned a lot of the skills that have proven so valuable as he progressed. His main responsibilities were in the realm of human resources, helping to recruit and retain top talent that could push the business forward. He also acted as the key customer support liaison for some of the biggest clients that the business needed to look after. Lastly, he got heavily involved in the financial aspects of the company – which rounded off the perfect foundation for the career that was to come.
He then moved on to manage a division at Total Document Solutions, bringing his all-round business experience to bare on the management of several key tenets. These included P&L management, customer supplies, technicians, service, and more. His leadership and people skills grew in leaps and bounds and he started to curate a philosophy around customer support that has been the impetus for so much of the success that he’s created for the companies he’s worked with.
His most recent adventure has been as a key client support manager for Field Agent. What started as a startup company with big dreams has now developed into a strong business that serves a lot of the Fortune 500. His contribution to this cannot be underestimated. Through implementing comprehensive business structures and processes, he was able to create a 24-7 client support platform that is one of the major reasons that clients stick around.
